1. Service

We provide FTTH broadband, cable TV and related services in Lakkireddipalle and nearby areas.

2. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance; billing cycle starts on activation date.
All charges are subject to taxes as applicable; GST invoice provided.
Non-payment may lead to temporary suspension until dues are cleared.
Installation charges, router/ONU costs, and security deposits (if any) may apply as communicated.

3. Speeds & Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Speeds are “up to” plan limits; actual speed may vary by Wi‑Fi conditions, time of day and external networks.
FUP may apply to ensure network health. Plan specifics, if any, will be communicated at purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

No illegal content/activity, network abuse, SPAM, or security violations.
Sharing the connection outside the registered premises is not permitted.

5. Installation & Equipment

Standard installation includes last‑mile fiber and necessary configuration.
Routers/ONUs may be sold or provided on returnable basis; damage/misuse is chargeable.

6. Relocation / Temporary Suspension

Relocation is subject to feasibility and applicable charges.
On request, we may provide a temporary suspension for up to 60 days/year.

7. Payments & Security

Payments are processed by PhonePe/partner banks. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers.
By paying online, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service month.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (acts of God, outages by upstream providers, etc.).

11. Dispute Resolution & Law

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Andhra Pradesh, India.
