How to raise a complaint

  1. Write to support@zspeedfibernet.in with your name, Customer ID, and details.
  2. Include payment reference (UTR/RRN) for billing issues.
  3. If not resolved in 3 business days, reply with subject: “ESCALATION – Grievance”.

UPI Autopay help

To cancel a mandate, open your UPI app (PhonePe/GPay/Paytm) → Autopay/Subscriptions → select ZSpeedFiberNet → Cancel. You can also email us; we’ll process within 1 business day.
