Refund & Cancellation Policy
General
- Broadband/TV plans are prepaid and billed in advance. Once activated, fees are non-refundable for the active cycle.
- If installation cannot be completed at your address, any advance paid will be refunded.
Timelines
- Installation not feasible: refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Duplicate/failed charge: on validation, refund within 3–5 business days.
- Device (router/ONU) returns: per manufacturer warranty; service charges are non-refundable.
UPI Autopay (e‑mandates)
- You can cancel the UPI mandate anytime from your UPI app (PhonePe/GPay/Paytm) → Autopay/Subscriptions.
- Additionally, email support@zspeedfibernet.in to request cancellation; we process within 1 business day.
How to request a refund
Email support@zspeedfibernet.in with your name, Customer ID, payment reference (UTR/RRN), reason, and screenshots if any.
Downtime credits
If there is a prolonged outage attributable to us (excluding force majeure or scheduled maintenance), we may provide pro‑rated service credits at our discretion.
Notes
- Refund timelines exclude bank/processor delays.
- All charges are subject to applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by PhonePe/partner banks. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers.
